Pet Food Drive For Food Bank

With more people out of work due to COVID-19 and struggling to feed themselves and their families, pets are often one of the first things to be impacted when it comes to trimming the budget.  That is why Moore Equine, with the assistance of Larry & Betsy Best, has partnered with The Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina at Sandhills/Southern Pines, to assist individuals and families facing economic difficulty by providing pet food to help them keep their pets. Every day that these families can feed their pets is one more day those pets stay in their home.

Throughout our lives, many of us have been blessed with having countless animals join our families and enrich our lives beyond belief.  We can’t imagine being placed in the unthinkable position of choosing between giving up our pets and making them go hungry and this is our opportunity to make a difference. 

With partnership from Fromm Family Foods and Stella & Chewy’s we are able to offer deeply discounted pricing for pet food to be donated to the Food Bank for distribution within Moore County.  While we are all somewhat uncertain, if you are able, please give what you can in support of our neighbors – This is a time to come together and support our community.
